Persbericht: Nieuwe tool Generali: makelaar berekent premie brandverzekering binnen 60 seconden op basis van geolocalisatie

Brussel, 2 oktober 2018, Generali Belgium brengt met de Quick Quote Huurder een nieuwe tool op de markt waarmee een verzekeringsmakelaar een brandverzekering voor de huurder kan berekenen in 60 seconden. Met de Quick Quote Huurder kan de makelaar via geolocalisatie en het inbrengen van enkele eenvoudige parameters zeer snel een offerte opmaken en via de app doorsturen naar de klant. Deze innovatie verhoogt aanzienlijk het gebruiksgemak en volgt op Generali’s eerdere innovaties.

Hoe werkt het?

Stel: je hebt een nieuw appartement gehuurd en wil hiervoor een brandverzekering afsluiten. Tot op heden zal een verzekeringsmakelaar heel wat vragen stellen over de precieze locatie, bewoonbare oppervlakte, terras, kelder, garage, en zo meer. Bij Generali is dit verleden tijd. De makelaar kan eenvoudig de exacte locatie bepalen via zijn smartphone (of het adres manueel inbrengen) en de app berekent automatisch de prijs. De makelaar kan de offerte dan in een paar klikken aan de klant bezorgen. Het systeem werkt momenteel voor huurders van appartementen en wordt later uitgebreid naar andere categorieën van brandverzekering (eigenaars, huizen,…).
